Our Journal-isms Roundtable takes place at 7 p.m. Eastern in person at the Medill-DC campus in downtown Washington, and by Zoom. We expect to be on Facebook as well, at https://www.facebook.com/RPjournalisms/. For those joining in person, the building is in the 1300 block of K Street NW, in the same building as The Washington Post. For the event, there is $7 parking in the building, good for the whole night until midnight.There is also the possibility of on-street parking. As befits a dinner party, all can contribute, if not by speaking up, then by using the Zoom chat room. Networking!
Those attending in person may bring a computer with a strong battery if they want to access the chat room. The school provides free wi-fi and a password, but please use headphones or ear buds to prevent feedback from the Zoom in progress. Also, be sure to bring a government-issued ID to gain entry to the building, in addition to having registered by being on this RSVP list. No one who hasn’t registered will be admitted.
