The WAPO stirs up memories: Hunter College (CUNY) student journalists of a funded Ford Foundation, faculty-supervised, multimedia, ethnic, student-written project known as the WORD covered and reported on the Obama Inauguration after reporting on and covering the Democratic Nomination of Obama in Denver way back when. They pulled off a tour de force.

The WORD undergraduate student journalists were the only City University of New York-ers who were at Obama’s Nomination and Inauguration.
