“I have always been deeply moved by the archetypes of horror, and have made it my mission to breathe new life into these stories by grounding them in our contemporary world. DEPRAVED is a modern interpretation of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, shot on the 200th anniversary of the source material. I have been captivated by the iconic Monster since childhood, and the themes that draw me to the story remain vital” – Director-Writer-Producer Larry Fessenden.
